Blu Ti Soluções emerged from a straightforward observation: many companies in Brazil's south — including the industrial giants that call Blumenau home — were caught between enterprise vendors who over-promised and under-delivered, and small shops that lacked the technical depth to handle real complexity. We set out to occupy the space in between: a team with the breadth of a large consultancy and the accountability of a local partner.
From our earliest projects — custom management systems for regional manufacturers — we quickly expanded our scope. Clients asked for mobile apps, then cloud migrations, then IoT sensors on production lines, then machine-learning models to predict equipment failure. Rather than referring those requests elsewhere, we built the capability in-house, one discipline at a time.
"We have never believed that a good idea should have to wait for a budget approval cycle. That's why we offer a free MVP — because the best way to prove value is to show it."
Today our portfolio spans industries: apparel and textile (working with names like WEG, Hering, Dudalina, Malwee and Karsten), civil construction, retail, logistics, healthcare and agribusiness. What ties every engagement together is a refusal to deliver generic solutions. Every system we ship is modelled around the client's actual workflows, data landscape and growth ambitions.
We are equally comfortable writing firmware for embedded controllers and designing Power BI dashboards for a C-suite audience. That breadth isn't accidental — it reflects a deliberate hiring philosophy: recruit engineers who are curious, not just certified, and who see client problems as genuinely interesting puzzles worth solving well.
